Where we ship

Within India only, for now. We'll announce international shipping on Instagram and by email when it opens.

Cost

Shipping is included in every plan. There's nothing extra to pay at delivery.

When envelopes go out

Orders for a month close on the 20th. Jui packs every envelope by hand and they're dispatched by the 30th of that month. Orders placed after the 20th are sent with the next month's envelopes.

How long delivery takes

We ship with Delhivery by tracked courier. Most envelopes arrive within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch; remote areas can take longer. As soon as your envelope is dispatched we email you the tracking link.

Addresses

Please double-check your address and PIN code when you order. If you spot a mistake, email hello@zui.gallery before the 20th and we'll fix it. If an envelope is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending.

Gifts

Gift envelopes go straight to the recipient's address with your note inside. Prices are never included.

Damaged or missing
