Who we are

zui.gallery ("we", "us") is an independent art studio run by the artist Jui. The site and shop are operated by Rutuja Dawkhar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047, India. You can reach us at hello@zui.gallery or +91 99221 65522.

By placing an order on zui.gallery you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our shipping, cancellation and refund and privacy policies.

What we sell

Art Mail is a monthly envelope of original artwork by Jui. Each envelope usually includes an A5 art print, a postcard, illustrated stickers, a small trinket and a letter. The exact contents change every month and are shown on the site before you order. Photos are of the real items, but colours can vary slightly between screens and print runs.

Plans and prices

• Subscribe: ₹700 a month, renewing monthly until you cancel.
• Try once: ₹799 for a single envelope, with no renewal.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include shipping within India and any applicable taxes. We may change prices for future months; if the subscription price changes we'll email subscribers at least 14 days before the change applies to them.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you choose a plan, tell us who it's for and give us a delivery address. Your order is a request to buy. It's confirmed once payment is received. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.

While online checkout is being set up, we send you a secure payment link by email after you place your order. Nothing is charged until you complete that payment. If payment isn't completed before the 20th of the month, we may release your spot for that month's envelope.

For subscriptions, once recurring payments are available you'll authorise a monthly charge of the subscription price. Until then, we'll send a payment link each month.

Monthly schedule

Orders and changes for a month's envelope close on the 20th of that month. Envelopes are posted by the 30th. Orders placed after the cutoff go into the next month's envelope.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time, and skip a month, by emailing us before the 20th. Full details, including damaged or lost envelopes, are in our cancellation and refund policy.

Gifts

If you order as a gift, you're the customer and the person paying; we'll post to the address you give us and include your note. Please make sure you have the recipient's permission to share their address with us.

The art is Jui's

All artwork, designs, photos and text on this site and in the envelopes belong to Jui and zui.gallery. Buying a print or sticker gives you the item to enjoy, gift and display. It doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce, sell or use the artwork commercially, including for AI training, without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or submit someone else's details without their permission. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, and refund any payment received for them.

Our responsibility

We take care packing every envelope and will replace items damaged in transit as described in our refund policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we'll do our best to put it right. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
